The State of Kuwait is a small Middle-Eastern country at the head of the Arabian Gulf, sharing borders with Iraq, and Saudi Arabia. It has a population of 4.1 million, with Kuwaities forming about 30% of them.

Kuwait was officially formed in 1613, and was originally desert land. Its people lived on fishing, pearl diving, boat building, and in trading. With the discovery of oil under its soil in 1938 however, Kuwait started undergoing a huge modernization shift that transformed the country, and made it lucrative working place for expats.
